New IL Ag Ed & FFA Website

Sunday, July 07, 2019

*Sent to all contacts.

After many months of hard work by all entities of Illinois Agricultural Education, we are proud to announce the launch of the new combined Illinois Agricultural Education website on Monday, July 8, 2019.  Illinois agricultural education(FCAE, FFA, IAVAT, IACCAI, FFA Alumni and others) will now share one common platform via with these main divisions:

                        Explore - Participate - Teach - Support - Give

A big shout out and thank you goes to Luke Allen, District 2 FCAE program advisor, and John Edgar, FFA Center Assistant Director, for taking the lead with this website project.

Agricultural educators who have logins will receive an automated email Monday morning with a username and password.  First(initial) login will require individuals to update profile information and set a permanent password.

If you do not receive your login credentials Monday morning, are unable to login, or if links are broken, please contact your FCAE Program Advisor.

In the coming weeks, our team will develop tutorial videos and guides to assist with common tasks such as roster management, AgEd Fair registration system, and FFA event registration system.

Ag teachers will no longer be able to manage rosters or accounts in National FFA or AET websites. We have set our website as the “driver” of those two data sources.  Changes made on our website drive changes in those two places. When logging into, (click the yellow IL AgEd Online button in the top right after you login), see links on the left margin to take you into your AET and National FFA accounts.

1) Always use links to navigate when possible, especially when using the Advisor portal.
2) If you need to return “home” click the State of Illinois image at the top.

Previous websites will remain online temporarily until all files are transferred and all functionality of the new site is working properly.
