Collinsville is located near St. Louis in Madison County of Section 22 - ONLY 10 MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN ST. LOUIS - the ARCH and NEW ST. LOUIS Cardinals baseball stadium! 25 students were enrolled in horticulture courses this year, though the opportunity is great for growth as 2030 students are enrolled at the Collinsville High School. Jim Morrison, teacher of 34 years, is retiring. Courses include: Horticulture science, Greenhouse Production and Floral Design, and Landscaping and Turf Management. The department includes a greenhouse, floral cooler, and classroom/lab which looks like a florist business. Competative teacher salary with TRS and health insurance paid. School district is on a fast track to hire, please apply TODAY-FRIDAY and no later than Monday, June 13th. The school district is also looking for an industrial teacher with an emphasis on welding and drafting. Website -
