Position     Agriculture Teacher/FFA Advisor
Description     The Massac County High School is located in Metropolis of section 25 near the southern tip of Illinois across the river from Paducah, Kentucky. In 07-08, 82 students were enrolled in agriscience, horticulture, agribusiness, and agrimechanics courses out of 660 students in grades 9-12. Very supportive administration and community. Position     Agriculture Teacher/FFA Advisor
Description     The Norris City Omaha Enfield(NCOE) High School is located in section 25(southwestern Illinois) of White County in the community of Norris City. Mr. James Anderson will be retiring at the end of the fall semester after a successful career of 30+ years. The school district would like to hire a candidate with full salary and benefits to begin in August as an internal substitute and assist Mr. Anderson as needed. In 07-08, 47 students were enrolled out of 225 students in primarily agricultural mechanics courses. Agriscience and agribusiness courses are also integrated into the full curriculum. Classroom, ag mechanics lab and greenhouse are separate from the main building and in good condition. Very supportive administration and community. Extended contract is negotiable.
