University of Wisconsin-Platteville Presents The Vet Clinic

Illinois Teachers and Students Are WELCOME!

Join us at the Walworth County Fairgrounds in Elkhorn, WI, to work with practicing veterinarians specializing in horses, large and small animals as well as zoo animal caretakers and admission representatives from UW-Madison’s School of Veterinary Medicine! You will have the chance to participate in hands-on activities with professionals who work with animals every day! Come ready to learn more about veterinary medicine and gain some tips you can use now to help you enter vet school later.

Date: Saturday, November 15, 2008
Who: Any student in 10, 11 or 12 grade with an interest in the veterinary field
Time: 9 am - 4 pm

Location: Walworth County Fairgrounds, Elkhorn, Wisconsin
Cost: $115, includes: all materials, lunch, and a scrub top. 

Becoming a veterinarian requires a lot of study, determination and experiences with animals. The Vet Clinic can help you explore many aspects of veterinary medicine to see which one is right for you!
