School     Jersey Community at Jerseyville
Position     Co-Agriculture Teacher/FFA Advisor
Description     Jersey Community High School located in Jerseyville of Jersey County and Section 15 just north of St. Louis. The new teacher will be part of a two teacher program with Jeff Goetten. The position offers a 9.5 month contract and a FFA stipend. Salary will be commensurate with experience and in accordance with negotiated agreement. The successful candidate could potentially teach the following courses: Horticulture, Greenhouse Production and Floral Design, Veterinary Technology, Ag Sales and Marketing, Ag Communications, Conservation/Natural Resources, and an 8th grade Career Exploration class. Great opportunity to work with an outstanding teacher in a program with a long history of success. The facilities are excellent and include a large mechanics lab and a 30’ x 36’ greenhouse.
