Printing of Ag Grant Budgets - Print by Sept 12th if possible

Tuesday, September 06, 2011

*Sent to all ag teachers.

Welcome back after the Labor Day Holiday!

As you prepare your Ag Grant budgets this week, please remember these helpful printing tips:

-Using Internet Explorer as this web browser works best, though if it doesn't feel free to use another web browser.

-At the top of the form is 'Print Friendly Form', try it...if it doesn't print all of the pages then proceed to 'file' at the top left and select your print option like printing any web page document.

-Try also 'print to adobe' in selecting a printer if you have this option.  Everyone does not have this option.  Once printed to adobe, you can print from this file.

-Copy and paste the budget form into word and print from there.

-Try printing from another computer in the computer lab, main office, etc.

-If all else fails, contact your FCAE program advisor.  We will print to adobe and email to you or print the document and fax to you.

Remember that each FCAE office would like to have their school budgets received by September 15th.

Please print, get signatures, and place in the US mail by Monday, September 12th.  We cannot accept faxes.  We need budgets with original signatures.

Thank you and have a great week.
