State Picture at National FFA Convention

The Illinois state picture at the National FFA Convention will be on Friday, October 21 at 10:30 a.m.  Please note state pictures will be taken in Hall C in the Indiana Convention Center.  Hall C is located behind the FFA Shopping Mall in the Convention Center. 

American FFA Degree Seating

Advisors with American FFA Degree recipients - Please let your American FFA Degree recipients know seating for Illinois recipients will be in rows C through G in Section 18 which is located directly in front of the stage.  The American FFA Degree ceremony will be held on Saturday, October 22 from 7:45 to 11:30 a.m. 

Food Science Seminar

Ag teachers who would like to get helpful classroom tips and projects are invited to a Food Science Seminar on Thursday, October 20, 2:00 - 2:30 p.m. at the Indiana Convention Center, Room 209.  

CDE Seminars

The following three CDE Seminars will be available at the National FFA Convention for ag teachers who would like to gain insight and resources to better prepare for these CDEs.

FOOD SCIENCE - Thursday, October 20, 9:00 a.m., Indiana State Fairgrounds - Farm Bureau Building Banquet Room.

MARKETING PLAN - Friday, October 21, 2:00 p.m., Embassy Suites - Chancellor III.

VETERINARY SCIENCE - Thursday, October 20, 10:30 a.m., Indiana State Farigrounds - Farm Bureau Building Auditorium and Friday, October 21, 10:30 a.m., Indiana Convention Center - Room 103.
