Scholarships are available through local county farm bureaus. Near $1000 tuition fee for the 3 hours of graduate credit.

 
·         FY12 AG. INCENTIVE FUNDING – Amendments due by 4/30/12. Requisitions for funding have been forwarded to the Comptroller’s Office. Actual funding to your school will be May – July.
·         FY13 AG GRANT APPLICATIONS required to complete online - www.agriculturaleducation.org.  No changes for this year. A letter will be sent to your principal and superintendent regarding the application process.   Finalize online prior by June 30, 2012. No printed application will be required.   Quality indicators used for the FY13 grant will be from 7/1/11 – 6/30/12. Quality indicators in red can be marked. Appeal process can be done online.
·         ANNUAL DEPARTMENT REPORT OF YOUR PROGRAM must be sent in prior to your incentive funding application being finalized(prior to June 30, 2012)
·         CONTINUE TO SEND LETTERS OF SUPPORT TO LEGISLATORS and ISBE BOARD
·         UPDATE your FFA/Ag Department websites – Send me the link when updated.
·         Improving Your Ag Ed Program Grant – 12 applied (Galatia, West Frankfort, Hardin County, Litchfield, North Mac, Vienna, Pontiac, Hoopeston, Normal, Central-Burlington, Indian Creek, Lincoln-Way Central)  - ON HOLD until later this spring.  Depending on budget.
·         National FFA Alumni Local Program Support $1000 Grant Application – Due July 1, 2012
