Section 24 Dairy Foods CDE - Dec 6

The Goreville FFA Chapter will be hosting the Section 24 Dairy Foods CDE on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at Goreville High School. The CDE registration will begin at 5:00 pm with the contest starting at 5:30 pm. The teams will register in the cafeteria and then be broken up into groups. Once everyone is in groups, directions for the contest will be given and the written test will begin.
The contest will consist of 4 parts:
·         25 question written test
·         10 samples on Identification of Cheeses
·         10 samples on Real vs. Artificial
·         5-10 samples of scoring and criticizing milk samples
