Foundation Collection Drive Materials and Timeline

Collection Drive Materials and Timeline
Thank you for all your interest and support the 2013-2014 Collection Drive. I apologize for the slight delay in the materials and the process. All electronic systems appear to be a go very soon. Below are some of the key dates that various components of the Foundation Collection Drive materials will be available. Paper packets will also be available should you have difficulty with the systems or prefer to use.
October 3, 2013 Electronic resources will be available on FFA website under download section. Resources will include sample letters; press releases; Facebook posts; descriptions of national companies who have programs that support FFA at the chapter level, Culvers, TSC, Red Brand, etc.; state ideas for chapter fund raising, like gifts of grain; 20,20,20; and internet based auctions; and the brochure.
October 5, 2013 Presentation and trial use of systems at beginning Advisers and 2-5 year teacher’s workshop
October 8, 2013 Illinois Foundation FFA Donor Management Program goes live for chapter access to electronic transmittal forms, donor history, downloadable labels, etc.  Each chapter will have log in access to their data, information and reports. Exportable in multiple formats Word, Excel, PDF. 
October 10, 7 PM first webinar on use of the materials and donor program
October 17, 4:30 PM second webinar on use of the materials and donor program
October 22, 4:30 PM final webinar on use of the material and donor program
All webinars will be archived for future viewing.
