2013 Collection Drive Materials Ready to Go

The Illinois Foundation FFA Electronic Tool Kit Fully Accessible and Editable

Materials that will support collection drives are accessible at the Illinois FFA Website under the download section.  The following link will take you the FFA website, then click on downloads and locate Foundation Materials.  This location describes the Toolkit and how each of the items may be utilized.  click here
 Chapter Access to Illinois Foundation FFA Donor Management Program Live
Beginning today, chapters and volunteers for chapters now have access to information and reports that support the collection drive.  Many of the items may be downloaded in Excel, Word or pdf formats.  These formats will allow exporting and then saving this information for future use.  Some of these items include the transmittal forms, donor labels and donation reports by chapter.  There will be webinars over the next coming weeks on utilizing these materials and donor program.  However, attached you will find a user aid, so that you may begin accessing information today.

Currently three webinars have been scheduled to help teachers and/or collection drive volunteers become acquainted with and utilize these two electronic resources for the 2013 Foundation Collection Drive.  Please feel free to share this message and links with any volunteers who assist your chapter.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.  Each session is limited to 100 seats, so sign up for the session that fits best with your schedule.  Each session will be recorded for online viewing at a later time.
