2013 Foundation Drive Chapter Incentive Hopper Funds- 25

Wednesday, April 23, 2014

*Sent to Section 25 Ag Teachers.

Chapter List of Funds by Section
Thank you all once again for your support of the 2013 Foundation Collection Drive and for helping exceed the goal. Attached to this message you will find two items:

1. Description of the collection drive incentive information.
2. Chapter listing by section of available amounts for your chapter hopper. Please check the attached figures and let us know, if you think there may be an error.

How to Use or Apply Chapter Credits in Hopper
There are basically two ways to use or apply the funds from your chapter incentive recognition hopper. The first is to apply it to costs associated with registrations that are handled through the FFA Center. We have worked on including a place on registrations to list the amount of credit you may wish to apply towards Leadership Camp, State Convention, eventually CDE Event Registration or others.

In that case, when you place this on the form or when you request this by email, then these funds will be transferred at the FFA Center for the described purpose and to the appropriate organization. If the item is not one that is handled through the FFA Center, then we would ask that you send Tammy ([email protected]) a brief email asking that funds and the amount for that item be sent to the name of the FFA Chapter or school and list for what purpose. Here is an example.

Please send $150 of our incentive hopper funds to cover the transportation for our FFA Chapter to attend the Illinois FFA State Convention. The check can be written to Anywhere school or Anywhere FFA Chapter.

Please let us know if you have questions about any of this.
