We have $2000 to spend, so depending upon the number of ag teachers registering, the funding will be divided up evenly to cover the $125 registration fee for the event. 

If 16 teachers attend, then we can pay for the entire registration fee as 16 x $125 = $2000.   If we have over 16 teachers attend, then partial registration will be paid.

Teachers should book the hotel room for the nights they are staying, if they stay through Friday for the Farm to School program, registration is $25 cheaper and the National FFA Farm to School program pays for the Thursday evening meal and hotel accommodations for Thursday night and meals on Friday.  It will direct bill the Thursday evening hotels to National FFA Farm to School program.  Teachers are responsible for paying for Tuesday and Wednesday evening hotel accommodations.
