"he National FFA Organization has a unique opportunity available for a capable, experienced and highly motivated individual to serve as a Education Specialist.

EDUCA""ON SPEC"AL"S" JOB SUMMARY
"he primary responsibility of this position is to develop, evaluate, revise FFA educational programs and services that are in alignment with the mission of the organization and support the integrated agricultural education model. Ensure that the FFA utilizes the most effective development and evaluation methodologies and technologies in order to develop both student-centered and teacher-centered processes and content. Design and develop educational curriculum and resources for multiple customers in agricultural education. Develop training strategies and lesson plans. Responsible for training FFA Center program-related staff and field-based trainers in instructional methods and business processes that will insure the effective and efficient delivery of programs. Maintain expertise and leadership of specific programs and projects

Other responsibilities include: Leading efforts to manage and develop activities related to National FFA educational resources, including: building relationships with current and potential customers of ffa materials and programming, sales and marketing of products through events and campaigns, management of product development activities, and development of new products and materials.

EDUCA""ON/EXPER"ENCE REQU"REMEN"S
- Bachelors Degree required
- Four to five years of relevant experience required. One to three years of management/supervisory experience preferred. Agricultural education instruction experience preferred
