Description     Freeburg Community High School District #77 has a full time Agricultural Instructor position available beginning the 2017-2018 school year. The school is located in Section 22 of St. Clair County about 35 minutes southeast of St. Louis. Mr. Tom Range is retiring at the end of the 2016-17 school year after a very successful career.

Freeburg is expanding their Agricultural Program from a 1/2 time to full time program. Currently nearly 50 9-12 grade students are enrolled in three courses: Horticultural Science, Agricultural Science, and Landscape Design & Maintenance. Final curriculum will be set once the vacancy is filled. Facilities include: classroom, 24x48 greenhouse, 8x36 lean-to greenhouse, small land lab and storage buildings. Additional facilities include: vocational work areas in metal and wood fabrication and automotive shops. Very supportive administration and support group(Freeburg FFA Alumni).

Salary BS & 0 years - $36,026 with District Paid TRS. Single health insurance or 50% Family benefit paid. FFA stipend is 6.5% or $2,342. Total salary and benefits package is $50,000+. Website -
