Pre-Program of Activities Due Today Online

Wednesday, November 30, 2016

*Sent to D4 & D5 Ag Teachers.

November 30 - FFA PrePOA Due Online by 11:55 pm

The Google form to submit your chapter's Preliminary Program of Activities is now live!  Completion of the PrePofA is a minimum requirement for all of Section E(FFA) of the FY18 Ag Grant accounting for 26X or $700+.
Attached is list of schools not submitting as of Tuesday near 2 pm.

If you choose not to do the online GoogleForm, then an electronic word doc or AET form within their system, or any form that you have used in the past should be sent to the Illinois FFA Center electronically, email to: [email protected]

Options for submitting:

We recommend submitting the form all at once. To ensure this is possible in one sitting, make sure you know the following information:

  • Chapter Officers
  • Budget - expected income, expected expenses, and ways of raising money
  • Growing Leaders Committee - Members, 3 goals, and ways & means
  • Building Communities Committee - Members, 3 goals, and ways & means
  • Strengthening Agriculture Committee - Members, 3 goals, and ways & means

All fields are required on the Pre-POA form. This means that the form will not advance/submit until there is a response for each question. If you are unable to submit the form in one sitting, the easiest solution is to leave a tab open with the pending form, and return to edit as time allows.

Click here to submit your Pre-POA via the Google form.
