Position   Ag Teacher & FFA Advisor

The Freeburg High School in section 22 of St. Clair county just 35 minutes southeast of St. Louis will be hiring an ag teacher for the 2018-2019 school year. Approximately 75 students out of 660 total 9-12 grade students are enrolled in these courses: Horticultural Science, Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, Animal Science and Ag Business Management. Facilities include: classroom, 24x48 greenhouse, 8x36 lean-to greenhouse, small land lab and storage buildings. Additional facilities include: vocational work areas in metal and wood fabrication and automotive shops. Very supportive administration and support group(Freeburg FFA Alumni). Salary BS & 0 years - $36,026 with district paid TRS. Single health insurance or 50% family benefit paid. FFA stipend is 6.5% or $2,342. Total salary and benefits package is $50,000+. School is eligible for the 3 Circle FFA & SAE grant. Website -
